The Founder rate is tied to your address. Temporary changes can be reviewed by Daro where needed. Move within our coverage area and bring the rate with you.

Up to two bins, every collection day. The standard household plan. Photo proof and free reattempts if the council misses. Temporary changes can be reviewed by Daro where needed.
For short-let owners

Per property
For Airbnb hosts, short-let owners, and second-home owners. Built around the irregular occupancy pattern — bins still need to come and go even when nobody's there.
For landlords

Per managed property, per month
For landlords managing three or more properties. Volume pricing, single point of contact, one combined invoice. £39/door at 10+ properties.

For letting agencies that want to offer bin handling as a managed service to their landlord clients. Discounted rate locked while the partnership remains active. Minimum 5 doors at signup.
The honest detail
Add-ons
Three add-ons. The first is available today. The other two arrive later in 2026 as we build out our service.

If your household has more than two bins (e.g. you also have food caddy or garden waste), add them at signup, or contact us to add more bins later. Same service, same reliability.

A monthly deep clean of your bins — high-pressure wash, biodegradable sanitiser. Optional, added to your existing subscription, billed together.

For households that already have a brown bin and want the same Daro service applied to it. Counts as an extra bin until we launch dedicated garden waste pricing.
Pricing questions
The prices shown are the total you pay. Daro isn't yet VAT-registered (we're below the UK threshold). If we reach the threshold later, we'll absorb the VAT — your rate won't change.
No. Annual prepayment doesn't come with a discount. We bill monthly via Direct Debit because it's simpler, fairer, and lets you cancel any time without claiming a refund.
You're billed for the calendar month you started in, then no further charges. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months, but we also don't charge notice periods — when you cancel, we stop billing the following month.
Temporary changes can be reviewed by Daro where needed. Contact us so we can confirm the service and billing arrangements that apply.
Yes, anytime. Upgrade from Essentials to Holiday Host (e.g. you start renting out the property) or move between landlord tiers as your portfolio grows. Tier changes apply from the next billing month.
If we make a serious service error, we credit your next invoice or refund the affected month. Direct Debits are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee — if anything is taken in error, your bank refunds it immediately.
